Our fifth symposium examines culture and food on the road. This symposium includes lectures, audience participation, food samplings, silent auction, book signings and tours.
Registration
$85 for Friday, April 27th (food truck meal not included) and Saturday April 28th: Road Food Symposium (light breakfast, lunch plus wine & cheese tasting). Program information
Sunday, April 29th:
$20 for Sunday breakfast at Lou Mitchell’s Restaurant
$10 for Maxwell St. Tour. Food purchased separately.
$10 for Feast: Radical Hospitality in Contemporary Art.
Continuing Professional Development Units (CPDUs) will be available.
